The main objective of the project is the creation of a new management platform for the sovereignty of medical records that allows the patient to be truly empowered in the management, authorization and assignment/sharing of their medical records with third parties. With a user-centered vision, the platform will allow the user to know in real time and in an integrated way to manage all the data related to their health information regardless of the Source (public and private services, consultations/tests and interventions abroad, etc.). The user will also be able to know the accesses to said information by specialists and offer access/visibility to both family members and health professionals regardless of their center or organization. Thanks to Blockchain technology, it will be possible to guarantee the traceability, integrity, cybersecurity and availability of said information, and what is more relevant, the sovereignty and use of said information, something that until now seemed unthinkable.
